I’m a contractor by trade, a business strategist by experience, and a coach by calling. After more than 20 years in the construction industry, I’ve lived the realities most contractors face. I have run jobs, managed crews, juggled cash flow, and tried to build something solid without being taught how to run the business side.

My path into coaching wasn’t planned. It was forged.

I’m a single mom of four children and a grandmother to four. During one of the most challenging seasons of my life, I survived a life-threatening neck injury that nearly took my life. At the same time, I was navigating a divorce and completely restructuring my personal and professional world. That moment forced clarity. I could either rebuild with intention or repeat the cycle.

I chose to rebuild.

As I restructured my life and my business, I shifted into coaching to help other contractors avoid the struggle I lived through. I built StrateCor to give contractors the structure, financial understanding, and strategy most of us were never taught.
